Refund Policy
Membership Refunds: Upon subscribing to Deal Tank Academy, you are committed for the first year. Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial payment date. After this period, no refunds will be issued for the first year’s subscription fee, whether for standard or premium membership.
Automatic Renewal: Your membership will renew automatically unless canceled. Following the first year, your membership will be billed according to the chosen payment plan. Please note that rates may change.
Cancellation and Prorated Refunds: Should you decide to cancel your membership within 7 days of your subscription date, you will receive a refund for your subscription. However, if you cancel partway through a billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days of that cycle.
Refund Process: To request a refund within the 7-day window, please email info@redealtank.com with your request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as event recordings or exclusive community access, are non-refundable. Refunds are solely issued for the membership subscription fee within the specified 7-day refund period.
